Brad Lund

Associations have been turning to Brad Lund for leadership for two decades. Mr. Lund’s expertise and contacts in all aspects of the healthcare industry are unparalleled. He develops a clear vision for his clients to guide them in accomplishing their missions, and becomes the quiet voice in the background always putting his clients’ first.

Over the past 20-plus years, Mr. Lund’s experience has included leadership in ambulatory organizations in Minnesota, Arizona and California, and serving as executive director for the Healthcare Billing & Management Association (HBMA) for more than a decade. He is also the former COO of Judicial Arbitration & Mediation Services (JAMS), a national organization providing arbitration and mediation services, which is an additional benefit to his clients regarding contract negotiations. Under the client umbrella for ISAM, Mr. Lund also oversees the management of other healthcare related associations in the fields of pathology and occupational and physical therapy.

Mr. Lund regularly participates with leaders of several not-for-profit groups focused on patient friendly billing, administrative simplification initiatives, and other important issues, and he is a frequent speaker at various healthcare conferences. Brad Lund offers a unique vision and wisdom in the healthcare industry.

Fran W. Cashen

Winning national, regional and local awards for her creativity in developing advertising campaigns, public relations programs, broadcast spots, multi-media shows, and a variety of special events, is the expertise Ms. Cashen brings to the associations ISAM manages. With more than 25 years’ experience, she is able to touch all aspects of an association’s marketing materials to put the ‘pow’ in power to bring results for the association, and to motivate membership. She has worked for some of the largest advertising agencies and the clients they serve in Dallas, has had her own agency for more than a decade, and now is associated with ISAM for the benefit of its clients.

Peymaneh Lund

There is a magnetism that Peymaneh Lund immediately infuses upon meeting her. With Lund, it’s both training and intuition that makes her shine in what she does. She offers a keen focus on motivating and inspiring ISAM associates to attain the maximum degree of success in their areas of responsibility for the associations and membership they serve.

Lund’s work experience originated in the retail industry as regional manager of an international textile manufacturer. She functioned as liaison between the wholesale and retail markets, which helped her to acquire the skill sets necessary to understand the value and necessity in developing both personal and professional relationships. The not-for-profit industry brings all this to the next level, by dealing with motivated groups of individuals dedicated to the unique qualities of volunteerism.

ISAM’s point of difference from other association management firms is its staff. Lund hires the right people with the best talent, skill sets, experience, and attitude to pair each with an association where everyone grows in that working relationship. She believes that developing personal relationships with client leadership is critical to connecting ISAM staff skill sets with expectations.

Amye Perez

Perez possesses the unique talents of being both creative and detailed oriented; a self-starter and a team player; and she knows when to lead and when to follow.  She collaborates and communicates with co-workers and committee members running all her projects with gusto and a focus on success. Perez organizes and runs annual meetings and conferences ranging from 14 to 250 people multiple times a year.  She and her team have successfully helped to bring brand awareness and exposure for her association resulting in attracting significant contacts and bringing in additional resources and revenue.

Katherine Eubanks

Katherine is the epitome of supporting a team to ensure success. She has been part of the ISAM team responsible for increasing the growth of membership within the NDTA organization. Her dedication is to provide answers to members’ questions, comments, and concerns regarding any issues related membership and certification. She helps promote NDTA by managing all social media pages, as well as creating and sending out e-blasts to all members.

Previously Ms. Eubanks worked in the financial industry in sales and as a service specialist.

Julie Pitz

Julie Pitz could be considered the magician and juggler of the NDTA team.  Her strength lies in coordinating the many moving pieces of organizing an education program from developing courses to tracking all of the details of the event, while at the same time communicating, building and maintaining good relationships with instructors, facilities and association members.

Pitz and her team provide comprehensive management of all NDTA on-site and on-line seminars across the country which enables therapist members to gain the necessary continuing education credits to maintain their certification and qualifies instructors to teach NDT content across the country.

Previously Pitz worked in sales and marketing at Laguna Beach Visitors Bureau and in charge of membership services at American Historic Inns.

John Davidson

Art Director, Rocket Design, California
John Davidson has designed and produced all print- and event-based media for ISAM-managed associations for the past 10 years. His responsibilities include cultivating association brand identities, developing promotional materials and publications with appeal and ease-of-use, orchestrating event-wide signage solutions to maximize the member experience, and consulting on design-based solutions to improve communications with association members and partners. Not only does he bring experience working with associations and societies, but also a unique perspective that is always geared toward growing membership and conveying more value.

Dave Anderson

Dave Anderson brings 20 years of business-to-business public relations, social media, marketing communications and business consulting experience across a variety of industries. He has solved the promotional challenges of some of the best brands in our industry and is able to efficiently transition from market-to-market, quickly identifying the effective strategies and communications tactics needed to achieve success.

At ISAM, Dave is responsible for providing public relations direction and execution including press release and article writing, as well as extensive media and event relations support. In addition, he drives program strategy and management of the most relevant social media outlets including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and others, while providing expert counsel on all marketing outreach and business development efforts.

Andrew Courey

Videographer, Coury Creations, New York

From the first video project Coury Creations produced with ISAM, it was an instant match.  The association’s leadership and membership were thrilled with the outcome.  ISAM has continued to work with Coury on several projects of varying sizes.  Coury works across the U.S. bringing solutions to market new products, launch marketing campaigns, and provide full coverage of networking events across the U.S.   Together our goal is to tell our clients’ stories, make videos interesting to the viewers, have an impact, and result in taking action. 


Lisa Salinger

John Gillen

PME Expo Services and ISAM have been working together for seven years providing clients with turn-key conference services. From set up to tear down, all services are expertly handled. Larry S. Glenn

Larry Glenn has been working with ISAM for several years covering client conferences across the U.S. as well as meetings on Capitol Hill.  Glenn’s photographic experience ranges from photographing world leaders, to covering press conferences,  congressional office visits, executive portraits, conventions, and business receptions. ISAM’s association clients enjoy working with Glenn as they know he will deliver the best possible image of them, while at the same time, not interrupting the business climate of their meeting. 

Glenn recently released, “A 100 Years of Rolls-Royce and Bentley Motor Cars” a photographic book which has experienced brisk sales as well as critical acclaim by the motoring press.
